Welcome to the Mineral County District Attorney's Office website. We are here to serve our citizens, law enforcement agencies, and the County government. Our goal is to provide quality service to everyone who comes in contact with our office. 

The District Attorney prosecutes criminal cases, represents the State of Nevada in juvenile matters, represents County government and various local governments in general legal matters, and administers the child support enforcement program.

In criminal cases, the District Attorney's Office will endeavor to protect victims and the community, while ensuring that defendants are held accountable for their actions and the consequences they face are just, fair, and promote rehabilitation.
