**  Note:  Effective October 1, 2017  -  The fees for Notice of Intent to Holds & Annual Assessment filing increased to:  $12.00 per claim + $10.00 document fee.

Note: Effective Immediately - The fees for a Notice of Default have increased to : $250.00 plus standard recording fees ($35.00).
